Meta Machina LLC respects intellectual property rights and responds to valid DMCA takedown notices in accordance with the Digital Millennium Copyright Act (17 U.S.C. § 512).

Our Intellectual Property

Meta Machina LLC owns all rights to the Meta Machina™ name, logo, branding, Rift Wars game content, card art, character designs, lore, music, code, and UI design. Unauthorized commercial use of our intellectual property is strictly prohibited.

Filing a DMCA Complaint

If you believe your copyrighted work has been infringed, send a written notice to our designated agent containing:

  • Identification of the copyrighted work you claim has been infringed
  • Identification of the material you claim is infringing, with sufficient detail to locate it
  • Your contact information (name, address, telephone, email)
  • A statement that you have a good faith belief the use is not authorized by the copyright owner
  • A statement under penalty of perjury that the information in your notice is accurate and that you are the copyright owner or authorized to act on their behalf
  • Your physical or electronic signature

Response Timeline

  • We will acknowledge receipt within 24-48 hours
  • Valid claims are reviewed within 1-3 business days
  • Obvious violations (commercial use of our trademarks, wholesale theft of creative materials) may result in immediate removal

Counter-Notification

If you believe content was removed in error, you may file a counter-notification containing your signature, identification of the removed material, a statement under penalty of perjury that the removal was a mistake, and your consent to jurisdiction in Clark County, Nevada.

Repeat Infringers

We enforce a three-strike policy: first offense results in a warning, second in temporary suspension, and third in permanent account termination. Serious violations (commercial IP theft) may warrant immediate termination.

False Claims

Filing a false DMCA notice may result in liability under Section 512(f) of the DMCA, including damages, attorney fees, and potential law enforcement referral.
